This is a mystery that I could not resist. It is at least interesting, but I don't have a clue who made it. It stands 13 1/2" tall with plug, on a 5 1/2" triangular base. My phone photos don't do it justice.

Nice! Love the blue and clear casing, and the shape is unusual for a decanter.
Interesting where the stopper goes in - is it just that the stopper overtakes the colour of the bottle or does the colour stop there and then the blue rim applied?
Racer, this new image should answer your excellent question. Thanks for the keen observation. I am by no means a glass expert, but it is interesting how they did that.
