Do not know any history, but $2.00 each, had to buy as frames are nice wood carved and painted! Help appreciated! Look kind of like monkeys!? I do not know? No idea...African? Are they all exactly the same? Hard to tell from photos. Tourist?
Yes look the same but carvings are not same, all a little different from each other, I only bought because the frames and back are so well made. A box in the back all wood. Maybe for tourist, yes but a lot of work into these!
