I believe this coin to be a WW1 trench art piece but can't be certain.
It was bought in a lot of 4 other 2 German mark coins and up to now I still have no idea what it is.
If anyone has any clues please let me know.
I wouldn't call it trench art.
I am not familiar with the crest-- figure that out and you are on your way to answering some questions!
