      It is a hand sewn Needle point picture of possibly either
      Pontius Pilatus. or Jesus . That is my guess . I thought Caesar of Rome but he did not have a beard ,
      I do not believe it was Jesus in Temple because he was standing , Maybe that is a start for you to figure out picture :-)

      I have seen this before and worked on it but it defeats me still. My inclination has been to look to Alexander the Great.

      He was ill for awhile before he died . Looks asleep in this scene not dead but why is someone pointing spear at him ?

      Vet I think that is a helmet on pillow ! I see it in different position now.

      I believe its a helmet,face guard and breast plate. I have dine my best, to understand this piece, but am at a loss. Thank you Vetraio & Manikin for your input.
