This is a tiny bowl measuring 10 cm high and 10 cm in diameter. The bowl is made of three layers of glass. Kralik-glass.com calls this spatter Oxblood and Green and shows three examples of it. One example is also a strutted bowl, though the bowl is deeper and the rim is circular. The rim of this one is a series of arcs, alternately, small-tiny-small-tiny etc.
Perhaps someone will be able to tell me to which period this belongs.
