This great Bakelite necklace is almost 34" long, the beads graduate from 30 mm to 13 mm long. Weight is substantial 100 grams. Color is absolutely beautiful with bead in two different shades of red one color is slightly appear darker red than the other.
There is no clasp. Instead, a Bakelite bead. For the measurement of the total length of the chain, the rings on both sites of this bead are not included. Beads are knotted with a red thread. It was tested by Simichrome.

I only know it is a costume pin and the mark is 299 but I have never seen this style before nor do I have a clue what 299 could mean (maybe the maker?)

The metall ring looks very similar to the one on my long white bead necklace. I though that was old, the metall ring.
