Someone I know was going to throw this picture away. It's not very big, possibly 8 x 11 (I didn't measure it, just guessing), and the frame is a goldish type metal. I don't have allot of knowledge of art, so if anyone can help me out with the artist name, and what kind of art is this? I would appreciate it. thanks for looking. Yours Truly, Ginny.
