This goes out to warren for that great red and white lidded piece by Loetz.
I have seen this shape in many types of decor, here are just a few:
1. Vertical stripe application
2. Ivory and black
3. Marbled lavender and pink over tango blue
4. Citron and Ivory with black and silver decor

The last one was probably retailed by Carl Hosch. There is a page of a Hosch catalogue in Truitt I that shows this and several other Loetz shapes.
