I would like to know more about these small green glasses I have, labeled
J Wuidart & Co Ltd London "Made in Sweden".
From what I´ve been able to read the Company with Ronald Stennet-Willson went to Sweden in the 1950s to get some influence and knowledge from Swedish glassmaking. They had their production in some of the Swedish and other Scandinavian "glasbruk" Glassworks like Alsterfors, Björkshult, Ekenäs, Strömbergshyttan and Johansfors.
If possible I would like to know more about this model if anyone knows. I bought these about 10 years ago for about 7,6 USD/50 SEK/4,53 GBP. Had no clue what it was, just liked them. I had these put away and just now I realized they are quite nice, which I must have thought when I bought them. They are perfect "nubbe-glasses" for midsummer eve. They look grate on a table with a wihte linen cloth and fresh summer flowers.
here is some info I found:

I need help to find the answer to when these were made, please. Can someone tell from the style? 1950's/60's or earlier? These are really small glasses.
It's made by Bjorkshult, probably around the 1950's, here is the matching Carafe... https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/0a/27/4c/0a274cee26da2a4036e89c94fee6c0b6.jpg
Thanks tigerchips! I think the date is right from the look of the other set, but I doubt there has been a caraf to my glasses. They are small and most likely used for strong alkohol like snaps.
My glasses are 2 inches high.
I see, mine are 4.8 cm (1.88 inches).
Thanks peasejean!
Merry Christmas Elisabeth
