These photos depict some of Arlene’s drawings and sketches. Typically, Arlene and the clients would sit down in the front room of the studio and the client would describe what they want. A rough sketch would be drawn and later refined and approved. However, the sketches within this collection could be a representation of the artist’s desires themselves. Jonathan would then transform the drawing into a wax model that would be cast into gold.
Photo #1: Ring- 1960, White gold, diamonds, and unknown stone. This was one of Arlene's personal rings.
Photo #2: Hinged Bracelet- undated, White gold.
Photo #3: Dia 1776, Hinged Bracelet- undated, White Gold, Two serpents.
Photo # 4: Dia 1777, Bracelet- undated, White Gold.
