      Yes I think this is Murano. Probably 60-70s. Different glass makers on the island made these in some volume and in a variety of colours, but the bullicante and free form shape is typical.
      The Japanese also made these.

      Yes, I would say Murano myself too. Base is Polished. Does it show wear?

      no wear nice shape what do you think is worth are you aloud to say a price

      The price is whatever someone is willing to pay. Murano items are quality pieces, and one can use Ebay (or other sites) to get a general average for a price
