Not a Mystery item, as I know the maker.....and it does have a label on it.

I thought maybe Murano or Fenton but that might be too obvious. Probably something more obscure like Waterford!

I would never have thought that "Alta" by itself was a place. Unless it would be something like Alta Vista.
