I got this yesterday and know nothing about it. If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it. Thank you in advance. It does have the letters CR and the number 2. It looks to be solid brass. The wood it's mounted on the previous owner said was called EASTLAKE. Do not know what that means either. Any info welcomed!

I like that kitchen stool and the cabinet too.

I believe when he told you it was an Eastlake he was referring to the foundry where it was cast. I assume he meant Eastlake, Ohio.

The colour looks more bronze to me. Can think of some keen applications for it.
