Bought this because it had a Label on it. GOLD FOIL label that states: Glass-Rubs 24% ?something?, Handmade Bohemian Crystal. About 3 inches tall. Bottom does show some wear.
I have not ever used it.....but goes Nice with my Paperweights....LOL
NOTE: there was ( or still) a Chinese company called Glass Rubs (Chongqing) Co Ltd. No idea if any connection with the Czech company?? OR if them merged together ?? Unknown
24%Pb means 24%lead. The percentage of lead in crystal glass can vary. I don't recognise the symbol directly under % though.
