This is a Franklin Caro Co glass candy container. My husband spotted this find for me, came home and told me about it and I just had to go back and get it.
I love the thickness of the glass and the detail on the lid. I have decided to use it in the kitchen for decoration and have started collecting wine bottle corks in it.

I would like to learn more about this piece and it's value.

    Thank you!
    Kristi

I google this and the first item on the page is where I saw two of them, it says take your choice for $300. It also says there in a book worth alot more but says because of the economy thats why there willing to take less.
