Need help identifying this item

This item appears to be a tea cart. It measures 32" long -- 21" wide and stands 21" tall. I have searched through thousands of images of coca cola carts and nothing remotely similar shows up. Any idea what to call it?

On the top the iron scroll work is 16" wide. There are identical solid pieces of red metal on each side measuring 27" x 6" that say ICE COLD (in yellow) COCA COLA (in white with TM at the end) SOLD HERE (in yellow). The words in yellow are on top of one another. The base consists of 5 pieces of 26 1/2" metal scroll with two 9 1/2" cross pieces.

The bottom is metal scroll on three sides. Two sides measure 25 1/2" x 6". The end with the cart handle measures 17 1/2 " x 6". The handle itself is 19" wide and extends from the cart for 6" at about a 45 degree angle. The opposite end has one solid metal piece that measures 17 1/2" x 6". It is black on top with the words ICE COLD in white -- Red in the middle with the words Coca Cola and TM in white and then black on the bottom with the words SOLD HERE in white. This end also sits upon a pair of Red scroll wheels that are 12" in diameter. Inside each wheel are spokes made of red metal scroll and shaped like a 5" coke bottle.
