      what you have is an EAPG (Early American Press Glass) punch bowl and stand rather than cut glass; EAPG was often made to look like cut glass. In your photos the stand is upside down; try sitting the serrated edge of the stand on the table and fitting the bowl in the ring at the top. The pattern you have is Imperial Glass #733 Broken Arches, c.1914.
