    A pretty hand painted Hebron Art glass decanter set designed with purple splashes of flowers as if wet from a spring shower , the pieces are unsigned probably had a foil label.

      This looks Israeli. Various companies there produce(d) this type of glass.
      Check Simron, BZT, Neker Bros to start with.
