Majolica plate, 10" diameter. Brown edge, 2" wide, with yellow center.
There are scrolls and shells on the brown rim, and a scalloped edge.
The yellow center has a relief of a man sitting on a stool, with a cap and beer stein, next to a beer keg, wooden floor and window are visible. Looks German. Would love to know more.
Made by the Arsenal Pottery of Trenton, NJ., c. 1880's
