This is my seal used for paper clips etc.
I thought it may have been French but now AntiqueRose has posted an amber one I am confused!
So we are doing a group ID thing.

@racer4four - THANKS for your post here. Yeah, it looks the same. I too was thinking Vannes for mine, but since it was an amber color I had to look another way. They seem well made, and high quality.....good weight too. Does yours have any wear on it??

Rose mine has some wear and I agree, nicely made. I like that they even moulded the eyes. Yeah I thought it might be a Vannes pipe rest but amber just isn't them!
I have seen a few here for sale and some similar pieces but they have been attributed to Sasaki but were also clear.
I had never seen a pipe rest in amber before yours. Onward the quest!
Anyhow -- COULD this be a possible ID for this?? I am STILL not finding much except this one. See link ?????
