    Appears to be made from a light-weight metal - aluminum???? Handles squeeze like plyers. Imprinted on the inside of one of the handles is
    "DEL-RAY , BEWERTON, NY" If you can help me identify its intended use , I would so greatly appreciate it. Thank You
