Went into town last week and stopped at a second bits & bobs shop…allot of nice stuff but! of course my focus is on finding a piece of glass..although I did end buying a lovely old 100 year old or more.... wooden kitchen chair…(I also have a thing for chairs) anyway!...there in the back of a cabinet shinning amongst the overpriced.. “Murano”.. Chinese vases was this!... beuuuuuutiful vase that had the most ridicules low price on it…so home it came..:-))
The colour combination is stunning, it just seems to glow …and there is so much going on here!...the different shapes and textures that make this vase up…it really is lovely, the more I look at the more I love it.

This is a truly stellar example of Welz production. This same shape is found in Harlequin Honeycomb also.
