Retro/Eames period (IMHO) by the looks of it. Hand-painted (as stated on the label) and has Gold streaks on it around the leaves. There is a foil label in the colors of Silver and Teal Blue which says:
Hand Painted
ENCHANT
Ware
Kenneth M. Smith
Leaside
"Enchant Ware" trademark was filed October 25, 1960, and registered August 8, 1961. It was then inactivated in July 1994. The registration was for "table glassware, and glass tumblers in carriers". First use was reported as at least as early as June 25, 1959. Hard to find with labels as seems many were washed off (??)
Kenneth M. Smith Co. was a glass decorating firm located in Leaside, Ontario, Canada. It may have started out as York Glass Company, Limited because Kenneth M. Smith was also the owner of this firm and in 1939 it was located at the same address as the Kenneth M. Smith Co. They did some nice sandblast/engraving work during the early war years (1940s).
Trivia NOTE: Ian Tyson was employed by Kenneth M. Smith Co. to "design peanut butter jars and all that stuff..." before his singing career with Sylvia Fricker took off. Kinda neat to know that.
"Anchor Hocking" was one supplier that provided wares to be decorated but not sure IF this was an exclusive arrangement or not.

Interesting note on the label, a Glass Society here in Canada knew about this company, but had never seen the label. Mine was the first actual label they had seen. I kindly allowed them to use my label image for their archives. Kinda neat when you stumble on something for Glass History here in Canada. I was honored!!
my mother use to work for Kenneth M Smith Glass co. years ago. she did the accounts payable and accounts receiveable in the office. i have 2 of their original glass ashtrays with their seal painted on the bottom of the inside.
