Nice! This is a salesman sample sign. Brought around to stores, soda fountains as a sample of what the heavy porcelain 5 foot sign would look like. Is this two-sided? Does it say: Tenn Enamel Company on the bottom as well as the date? These are rare and could sell for $1,000 or more depending on how badly a collector wants it. I WANT IT!
Ray,
thanks for info!! No, one sided. I will see if it says Tenn Enamel Company and get back to you. I am not looking to sell it.

Ray
Sorry took so long, bottom right says "Property of Coca Cola". Do you know if this is in a book?

I have a double sided sign that was made by the TN Enamel Company 1932 I believe. It is huge and hung outside at our pharmacy for decades... it is is excellent condition ... I am wondering how to find out it's worth...I don't have a picture at this time... any ideas on how to get this appraised?
Bobbie, best way is Ebay. I have several large ones to include double sided one too. What does your say Fountain Service?
Yes. It says Fountain Service. I think it is bigger than the one you posted a picture of. It has a metal frame and brackets for hanging. Our store was a "corner" drug store and where I hung one side never faced the elements. But both sides look good. Truthfully we don't want to sell it but have always been curious about its worth. Thanks for your quick reply!
Bobbie
Bobbie, If you send a pic, I can give you better idea. I have seen them in good condition go for around $1000 to $3000
Thanks.... I will try to take a picture this weekend... it is hanging at my nephew's restaurant behind the bar right now.... looks great there....
Bobbie
great, the best part of the sign is it is from your family and to me, that is priceless. I would never sell it.
: )
Elviejo you are exactly right.... it is priceless.... through the years when it hung outside our business we would have people stopping in just to see if we would sell it.... after we relocated the business and shut down the fountain it was in storage for a few years til my nephew asked to use it in his restaurant... it gets many comments .... :)
Like-Bobby,Ialso-have-a-two-sided-fountain-service-coke-sign.Iwould-very-much-appreciate-it if-someone could tell what it worth. It is also from Tenn.and shapped like a shield.Ithas the wrought-iron enambled hanger and almost mint. Thanks so much.
jack send me a pic
elviejo;thanks for your anwser.i am having knee surgery and unable to take pics at this point.IWILL RESPOND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.thanks so much;j.b.
I have a 4'x8' Coca-Cola one-sided enamel coated sign. It has 1932 Tennessee Enamel Mfg., Nashville on it. It says DELICIOUS AND REFRESHING on it. I is not in good condition (bullet holes). Does it have any value?
Janis,
Yes, it does have value. I recommend putting it on Craigslist. Check Ebay for other signs in similar condition to guage what price to ask.
I'd like to find the value of 2 signs..a smaller Coca Cola fountain service sign - 1934 and a larger drug store art deco sign - 2 sided. I have pics but don't know how to post here.

Who is ray ?
It seems Like this is where this false information starts . This guy named ray makes a statement and it sticks for 3 years.
OMG, here we go again!
Coke 1234 is a old car collector . 30 years ago you could buy a 1967 427/435hp corvette with matching #s and have the real deal. Today there are more big block corvettes then GM ever made. The collector car market is full of fraudulant deals all the time. But can you imagine a guy who pays $75K to find out it is restamped small block vette. I guess it happens in Coke collecting also only in less money.
With a name like Coke1234, we're looking forward to seeing some of your Coca-Cola collectibles. Nice car post.
Another fake sign on ebay don't know how to show the listing , but it is currently listed . Starting bid @ around $ 1100 .
Listing #360787302528 for coca cola 24"x 18" curb service sign porcelain .
I bought one of those fake signs and stopped payment and returned the sign to it's owner. This site helped me right a wrong .
Hi ElViejo,
Did you ever get to the bottom of this sign.
Was it a replica or did it turn out to be a salesman sample?
I know of these in the 60 inch version but this size is far less common.
Please let us (me) know what you found out about this.
Cheers
The sign was a fake from India.
