I received this piece from Germany - the reason I have it categorized as Bohemian is because I have seen similarly decorated pieces attributed to Harrach. Other than that, I have nothing to go on. The shape is certainly one that was used by Bohemian makers in the early 1900s, but that alone doesn't mean the piece is old. It is made with highly UV reactive uranium glass, which not many makers use any more, so I will just call it "vintage" for now, until I get better information. It's a cabinet vase - 5" tall and about 2" square. Mold blown, factory ground rim, no pontil.
stunning vase !!
Thanks, Sean - any ideas as to whodunnit would be welcome :)
