It's a hanging oil lamp with chained on pulleys and I'm guessing late 1800s but don't really know. Would love to know. It's very heavy and the glass seems as though it might be etched. It measures 10" at the widest and the whole body of the glass part with parts is 13"I also would love to know what I should insure it for. If any one know who made it I would love to know that also found no markings. Thanks!
