Vintage 18 K Gold Plated Big Baltic Sea Amber Cocktail Ring
U.S. Size 5
Approx. size of amber ring setting: 1 1/4 inch long x 14 mm max width x 12 mm max height (approx. measurement by eye)
The amber size is big comparing the band size 5
Mark: 18 K GP on the inside of band
Gem: genuine Baltic amber.
Metal material: unknown. (Antique store told me it's silver when I purchased it long time ago, but there is no additional mark for it.)
The amber is really beautiful. Overall it is in excellent vintage condition. No missing parts, scratches or repair.
The Amber showed in pictures is in strong light condition. In normal light, the color of Amber is a tiny bit less redness.
The "white areas" on pictures are light reflections. The amber its self has perfect natural look, color and clearness.
if the silver has remained that bright then its not silver, not tarnished enough...you photographed it well although I've never seen amber that colour outside Australia as we have such awesome gum tree sap. Where is it from? The Baltic Sea meaning?
