    I've acquired a number of different tea sets from my family ancestors, but I find the stamps on the bottom of this set most confusing. I read a bit about the changes in Roger's Smith & Co over the years, but there's a number 1859 on many of these pieces. I can't seem to find anything similar when I search for the style of this set on various sites on the Internet. The history seems to elude me.

      1859, is a line of from this company, not from 1859s

      I've added more photos of the stamps on the bottom. I was aware that the 1859 related to the line, not the date, Filmnet. ;-)
