Old doll

So far I know its an Effanbee! This was given to my mother in law by a family friend when she was younger. I've found 100s of Effanbee dolls doing searches but can't seem to place this one. Do you think its a copy or something of the sorts. There is also a "cry box"? in its tummy. The hole was in the doll already so I removed the "box" to see if there was any more info written there, nada! Please help!

Update*** So I'm thinking this may be a 1920 Mama doll, I've found one where the face is identical but the body has composite hands to wrist. I'm beginning to think this was a remake where the head was attached to another body. Hard for me to accept tho because the head attachment job just looks so original!
