These dishes have clear bottoms but near the top its a blue that then turns a smoky white..if any one knows what these are will be helpful

the glass color/treatment is called opalescence; in this case clear opalescent since the glass is crystal. The pattern was called Victor and made by Dugan Glass Co., c.1905; AKA: Jeweled Heart. L. G. Wright did have some pieces reproduced that was called 'Sweetheart', but this looks to be a Dugan piece, tho' the photos are out of focus, making it difficult to see the fine detail.
