A movie prop? I provided props for Funny Farm when the portions of it were filmed in Newfane, Vermont. They had one man assigned to pick up big rocks along the road to use as props. Others went to thrift stores and bought odds and ends. Some items were marked with a tag, some were just retained and other stuff just thrown away. David Israel showed me through the entire set and storage area in Brownsville, VT. Movie props are normally not owned and if they are they are seldom marked. I got paid well to provide props, deliver them and then pick them up. My point is, you could call anything a movie prop but without a certificate of authenticity you have nothing but a dream.
