Really long arms (wings) or whatever you want to call them. Chalet Glass (or Lorraine Glass). From around the 60's/70's era. Those long tall arms are about 16 inch tall arms that reach upward....amazing not broke.
This is a Multicolor one which are a more desirable than one solid color of glass.
