Enameled Czech Opal glass vase, ca. 1930s - part II

I recently found a companion piece for the brightly painted Czech art deco-era opal glass vase I posted a few weeks ago. Similarities are in the type of glass, bright colors, bird motifs, abstract lines, and applied contrasting colored base. This one has a uranium glass base, which lights up bright green under black light.

I'm still trying to narrow down a maker; so far, the most likely candidate may be Oertel, who has a similar shape in their catalog (see last photo), and who also did brightly colored pieces in the Deco years, and who also did work for the Wiener Werkstätte (Josef Hoffmann also designed a similar shape). No smoking gun yet, but I now have two example of this very cool type of glass, with an eye out for more.
