Sorry i can't help ID it. I recently got one i can't ID either, lol. But love it. Love the subject, interior & especially like the glass bowl :)
We have this needlepoint on our wall. We've had it for over 30yrs.
We've had no luck with an ID . But My son just visited a store in Gettysburg and they a photo of it with the title "Washing the Negress" C. Begas
