Love at first sight. Glass and Brass Treasure

OMG this treasure was so mistreated, so glad I rescued it. I rewired it and added a pull-chain socket and of course there was no shade so I got this new one. Now I can't find another like it. Okay I did find one similar selling for $1250.00, but it wasn't as beautiful.

Inside the clear glass it is coated with gold powder and the glass is decorated with gold and milk glass. So it's painted glass on glass, not sure what this technic is called. I have found no markings on any part of it. Can someone please help me.
