American Civil war sleigh bell dug up relic. The straw cord was recently added-It was dug up in VA ,It seemed to be circa Second Battle of Deep Bottom August 14–20, 1864- Confederate victory: The Confederates drove back the Union threat, but at a cost of diluting their forces as the Union had hoped.
