I can't even begin to tell you, I kind of think it's a candle holder, however there really aren't candles this size and I know it's heavy and sturdy enough to be some kind of a support, but for WHAT and why?
I’m sure you are correct You do get very skinny taper candles, but are hard to find these days. What are the dimensions of the piece?
I wouldv thought candle holder but then ive seen a plain ring of clay with 4 holes that you can put water into to put the rose buds into as a centre piece on the table , ill try to find what theyre called. :-)
Just googled ceramic rose ring and found one but it is different and holds tealight candles and flower buds , it has a slot around with 4 tealight holders ..similar but different..
