Of course I know this is a Silver Niello pocket watch chain. But I would like to know where it has come from or made. There are on each silver link a hallmark (see picture). The Lauer Wreath is marked 990. Who has any idea what is the symbol of a Lauer Wreath? The silver shows a few labels including one that seems to me that there is an anchor. But this is English as usual I think. Am I right? Does anyone have any idea? We appreciate your help?

Hi Agram, lovely chain. About the marks, the only thing I can think of is the Pforzheim firm of Rodi & Wienenberger whose logo was an anchor, although almost always with RW at the sides. In any case, it is very pretty.
DrFluffy, southcop, Elisabethan, vetraio50, I'm very grateful for your reaction and loving, thanks!
BelleEpoque thanks for your loving and comment. I find it very nice that you think with me.I've also looked at the mark of Rodi and Wienenberger but I think the hallmark of my watch chain do not come from them. So there's only one thing; search. Or one of our fellow collectors should still be able to give me another good advice. Have a nice day!
