      If you can even if it is not marked put a photo of the base it tells lots! also this is very small, can I ask have you got the height and width mixed up!..:-)

      Fantastic quality piece a pity the stopper is gone. If this were a UK piece the gilding technique kind of says it's pre-1890s. The handle application technique says it is post 1850. To me the general look of it puts into that period too. The handle looks like it has a cut flat section to the top of it. If it does, I would put the jug nearer to 1850, as that is a feature you see on top to bottom handles that are pre-1850.
