One of my favourite Tango glass pieces...I remember when I took it out of the box that I was quite surprised with the size (that's always nice:)...there were no sizes on the listing and it sat quietly with no attention all week till I won it....in fact it was the second time it had been listed...I forgot to bid the first time..
It has the wonderful full, round shape of a spittoon and wide opening rim....I love the 'choker' like design necklace of sky blue and black enamelled dots that hang from the base of the neck...really makes the piece I think!..it has a cut rim and lots of wear so of some decent age,
It's a large vase and in the last photo with some of my other Tango pieces I have tried to show the proportions of it.
Approx...13.5 x 15.5 in diameter (or) 5 x 6 inches in diameter.
I have no idea of the maker, any ideas would be appreciated, thank you!

One WOW for each item in the last photo. But ESPECIALLY for the blue and black enamel on the orange. I will eventually get around to posting my Tango atomizers. Love that orange!

I love it - Vetraio has posted some links to a Teplitz tango exhibition where a similar enamelling to pic. 1 was shown. Little spots of white with bumps in the middle and black spots around. Was it described as Novy Bor production? I can't quite recall.
