Antique Dr. Dolittle Teepee

I have had this unusual item for many years. I am uncertain as to where it came from, but I thought is was out of my grandmother's attic. However when I asked my uncle if he knew anything about it, he did not & there is no one else left to ask about it. It appears to be a teepee, as it has a shape like it would be teepee & has the opening cut as a triangle shape opening. It has prints of Dr. Dolittle and animals & his office on the fabric. It is very thin old cotton fabric. I have tried to find this numerous times online & see nothing. I do not remember playing in it as a child & I was born in 1955, so I think it was from times before that. Can anyone help me with more information on the piece? This is all I know & am curious to know more. Thanks.
