It is an Ingraham I believe commercial clock from 1911. It has the keys to wind it and last time it was hung it worked. Looks like it has mildew damage to the face. It is 32" long and the face is 12" long. It came from Wythe elementary school in Hampton Virginia and was given to my grandfather when they tore the school down. All parts are original including the glass.

What is it worth to you? You've got good provenance information on it. You've correctly identified the model name and circa. Condition is a question. Damp storage may have caused rust in the movement so the owner would want the movement serviced and the dial does detract but I would say "Yes", this antique clock is worth something. Research on eBay or auction sites for price history.
