The only words I can read are porcelain and at the bottom of the mark East Germany Potters Company. Appears to be the Letter S as the letter in the name at top of mark. Plate is trimmed in gold. Would like to know the name of the pattern. Girl in the picture appears to be holding either a flag or kite in her hand. Bought this plate from an estate sale of a 93 year old lady. Appears to be very old.
If it says “East German... on it, it’s post WWII, late 1940’s-80’s
