So in my quest to find a piece of Tiffany, because Sean laid down that challenge, I found this opalescent blue beauty. I believe it is stretch glass (?) It is sitting next to my old car vase that is stretch glass...so...

Not sure at all about the gold banding. Is is an add on from someone with gold colored nail polish? Supposed to be there but pealing? Should I scrub at it to get it off?

So, not Louis Comfort Tiffany, but not so bad...

Sidebar...should have named one of my kids Comfort! How cool would that be...for me...probably not them...

Since I reached my 50s Comfort is my middle name. My kids are called Mad and Lazy. Partner called Patience. Comfort could be a good name for a child but might lead to obesity and complacency....or a world class armchair designer!

Oh the vase! yes I would try and remove the gold...surely it's painted later?
Seems all wrong and tacky on such a nice piece of glass.

LOL.... Comfort or Patience is not in my list of "names" for my children :-) Love the blues. whether or not the gold trim is there. Fantastic

My hubby calls me Patience particularly because I am not. We call my son Moose because he just walks straight through regardless of anything. Daughter called Dew Drop because....well long story

Maynard might be just perfect! How many kids you having Val?
I wanted to give my kiddos a million middle names but my hubby spazzed. I should have stuck to my guns on that one...missed opportunity.
