Found this at a thrift shop-
    7"H x 10" W (bowl) x 4.5 " W Footing
It has white glass with gold flecks under glass in the bowl, and over the glass on the footing. It also has three patterns; thumbprint, pointed zigzag, and larger smoother zigzag, all encircling the bowl. They can be seen from underneath. The stem also has patterns.
I would like help in identifying what type of glass this is, when it was made and by whom.
I thank you in advance for your time,
    Christina

this is a reproduction of an old EAPG line called Kings Crown; original called Excelsior when first made in crystal around 1890. This gold fleck on milk glass version was made by Indiana Glass; replacements.com has it listed as "King's Crown-Gold Streak"
