Hello,
Would you please be so kind and advise on who could identify and price a silver locker - probably a monk talisman - that was bought on a trip to Nepal over 30 years ago. It is made of silver, 6 cm high and 5 cm wide box with a glass behind which you can see a small buddha (apparently there are some ashes hidden inside). A yellow cloth with a red and blue stain, and a thin piece of paper approx. 30cm x 30cm with a symbol printed/stamped on it. Please, help me verify what it is and. Looking forward to hearing from you.
This is a vajrayana (tibetan) Buddhist locket. Check with Tibetan Sisters Jewelry store in Denver Colorado, I am certain they can help you. Myguess is it is worth about 200 dollars give or take.
White Tara a Tibetan Vajrayana deity. They're used as travelling shrines. You have a beautiful item there.
