Stereo cabinet remade into SOMETHING

A friend of mine gave this to me. The speakers had been removed and quilted boards had been put in their place. It was slightly beat up. I have sanded the top, and some of the sides, and it is gorgeous. But sanding the doors, which are like a roll top desk, is very difficult. I took out the hideous quilted boards, and my plan is to create a beautiful mosaic panel to put on each side. It could be a tv stand, and the dvd player etc. could go underneath. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it, but it really is beautiful.
