Can you photo inside seams of dress ? I do not think clothes are original to her as these dolls were made as baby dolls and by her nursing mouth for a bottle I am sure a talented seamstress made this outfit would not be dressed like women . Cute England doll . Dates 1960; to late 1980's and is made of Vinyl.
