I found this old wrench with no markings. I have no idea what it was used for or age. Any guesses?

      Is it made of bronze?

Hmm... Well, my chemist friend just put a magnet on it and it did not stick. So, it's not steel, iron or copper; it just might be bronze by process of elimination.

I wondered if it might be by the colour, if so that means it was meant for a hazardous environment.
My first thought was gas barrel wrench, but doesn't look typical.
Possibly early fuel truck, or oil & gas facility, somewhere that you wouldn't want a spark.

I agree with walkssoftly. Called a multi tool for different size gas fittings and the screwdriver end to turn gas valve on and off. Possibly made by Vector. I have a couple of these for my cutting torches.

This is possibly made of beryllium , a non sparking metal used to make all sorts of tools used in hazardous locations. I have a putty knife made with a beryllium blade and have seen hammers , pipe wrenches and pry bars made with this metal . Some tools are marked "berylco".

It could be any one of the metals such as brass, bronze, copper-aluminum alloys (aluminum bronze), & as Rustfarm mentioned copper-beryllium alloys (beryllium bronze). All are used in non sparking tools.

I'm just awestruck with ya'lls knowledge! I'm impressed.
