This is a brass-plated copper plate approximately 8 1/4" in diameter. Some of the brass plating has peeled and worn away. The backstamp (shown in the third picture) is similar to the one used later (post-war) by Christian Wagner but this one simply has the emblem surrounded by Made in Germany with no Wagner name. -- Circa early 1940's
